Kim works all hours of the day and he's usually flat out keeping up with OEM-type orders. His English is good for a Korean but if the mail is (and I'm not saying your's is) full of waffle and spaf he'll probably overlook it rather than try to understand non-native indirect phraseology. It's best to keep language grammatically correct (he won't understand the meaning of a typical West Midlander's incorrect use of "brought" when they mean "bought", for instance), brief and to the point.
