Hi.  

I'm adding a fifth and sixth build into the GB.
This build involved My wife Anne, my youngest son Axel and Myself.

In this thread we're building a two seat and a three seat IKEA Ektorp sofas

Lets start with the boxes.
Three rather big ones.

Filled with part that are to be bolted together, and not glued.

Bolt the backside to the frame.

And clad it with some floral camouflage.

No preshading, decals or panel lines, but I wonder if there were bits left over for the spares box.

 I see the boxes didn't open at the ends. Result. Nice peaceful diorama at the end. Well done.

Glad to see someone reading the instructions!

 

It's almost like one of those @Enzo Matrix builds! Here are the bits....oh and here it is completed! 

 

Though judging by the last photo of Axel, I think I know who did all the work! 

 

Mmmmm St Agur cheese and red wine!!!

I don't normally pay that much attention to instructions, but when it come to IKEA furniture you have to. 

And you're right, @trickyrich It was Axel that did the most work.

only thing I was missing is your reference material as the red in the rose motif seems too bright...😁
