one for sure 1/96,but the other one?reading the misures in cm on the older white box(where scale is not declared in the box art) something could me say that the lenght is not the same for the 2 kits,so i bet the scale is not the same (one inch = 2,54 cm,the claculation to compare with the blue box is easy )

any help appreciated

nb i'm a newbie in vessels plastic kits!

Hm, interesting. Google tells me that upper kit, H-368 is box-scale, variously claimed as 1/140 or 1/146. That's certainly consistent with the cited 24 inch length. The parts count for the upper kit is apparently 191 while the lower weighs in at 698 parts.

Back in the early days Revell did a lot of 'fit the box' scale kits, hence all the variation.

Ahhh...  Is that why they have all these peculiar scales and never seemed to settle on a particular one?
