ivan-o
Hi guys, I am calling this finished at last, started last September and has been on and off since then! For you that haven’t followed on WIP you can have a look here. It has been a bit of a grind and it put up a good fight in places. I don’t think I will be doing another one soon 😀 picture heavy but I hope you like what you see 😀 Cheers Ivan Edited May 28, 2020 by ivan-o

Jasper dog
Hi Ivan, turned out really well, especially considering what a tricky kit it was. Weathering looks just right too. Don't fancy the drivers chances once out of the cab!

The drivers feet had to come off as they wouldn’t fit under the heater. 😀 Ivan

Ad-4N
I have ALWAYS liked these, ever since my mom got me a Matchbox BP version way back at the Offutt AFB exchange in ‘66. You did fantastic work and the weathering (plus outdoor shots) are spot on. I’d love to take a crack at one in 1/35, but the thought of messing up an expensive resin kit terrifies me. 😀 Cannot understand why no one has issued an injection version. Oh well, now you have a rare masterpiece to be extremely proud of.

It isn’t one for the faint hearted and drove me to near madness at times but as you say now it is done it is something to say YES I done it😀 Ivan

Valenstitch
Proper Minging, just like every one I pulled up alongside during countless tactical "Replens" on Soltau and across Germany in the 80`s, Excellent! You just need the SQMS`s "choggy wagon" parked at the end of the line now! Oh an Wolfgang's blue Merc to get the heads up on where you were going the next day! Murdo
That's turned into a right cracking build considering the problems you had with it! Ah... Wolfgang!
