Faraway
I’m currently building a Henschel HS129, and am fast approaching final painting. I’m sort of thinking to do a mottled camouflage, but have never done this before. So if any of you out there have any tips, I would be most grateful. Jon. Tzulscha
A lot of the real aircraft were stipple painted with a brush or a sponge over the factory camo. It works pretty well in miniature as too. I have punched holes in a sheet of paper with a hole punch in an irregular pattern. Hold the mask just off the surface for a soft edge and spray with a rattle can. Watch out for overspray.
