Beard
Just caught up with your build Ced; I admire the effort you're putting into making an old kit look good and that canopy framing is rather splendid. One thing though... 21 hours ago, CedB said: [...] a friend recommended 'Taboo' on the Tele [...] This is a Tele: (A '70s Custom to be precise (and also the reason I'm not on here very much anymore.))
perdu
I love that Tele. I could never justify owning a Tele because I am just to arthritic to play it but when I was a kid my mates would zero in on a Strat or Gibson but for me I always headed straight for a 'caster in Jack Woodroffe's music shop in Brum.

perdu
Best canopy a la Ced yet methinks. Clean and very sharp edges, job's a good 'un fellow me lad. Beautifully moulded Ced, you should make more and prepare a merchandising campaign.
Biggles87
Agreed, that framing is superb ( pronounced sooperrbb ) as we say in these parts. John
phildagreek
That canopy looks the biz now, good effort! And I like that idea for striping your bombs.
Spookytooth
That canopy looks spot on Ced. Although buying a mini lathe to paint bombs etc is a bit out of my league. Simon. 1

CedB
Thanks Mark Bill, keep on strummin' Finally finished the framing on the blisters: Untitled by Ced Bufton, on Flickr …and the side frames on the front turret: I need to mask and paint the top frame. Waist gunners are in: Revell Contacta 'cos it's got 'the tube'! I'll paint the edges of the blisters when they're glued on. Need to find some supports for the guns, stick 'em in and then we're ready.
