Collin
Grabbed this kit to practice my airbrushing. Made up markings for a late war 219. Earlier Tamiya mold from the mid-90's...good kit with just a few little areas to watch out for. Fun build of a cool looking aircraft that was before it's time. Retired Bob
Superb model of a He-219, and as noted previously, you have nailed the air brushing. Great camouflage.

Luckily there are no seam lines back there so you can pull out your CA and sand that area smooth. The leading edge of the wings where they meet the engine nacelle have a little step that needs to be sanded smooth as well (hard to explain, you will notice it when you build it). Other than that...it's a great kit!! Enjoy it. Cheers Collin
Red Dog
Cheers Collin. Didn't expect too many worries from a Tamiya kit, but thanks for the heads up on those concerns.
