It's definitely not included for the two oblique, and one vertical, camera windows. The fwd facing round camera window usually had the retractable covers in place, but that could be the window for it on the sprue. PJ Productions appear to do a 1/48 FR.10 nose for the Airfix kit. The PJ productions Nose is I believe for the Academy kit, not sure if its suitable for the airfix the website does not specify. Perhaps if someone has the nose they could check if it is compatable? I have had a look at the nose of my F6 and it looks very similar in dimension to the Nose of my built Academy kit so it may be suitable. The nose glass in the Airfix kit is probably for the GA 11 nose provided in the F4 kit. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
71chally Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 (edited) The sites I saw it list the PJ kit as being for Airfix, but maybe an assumption on their part. There are two round lenses in the Hunter kit, one is for the GA.11, but unsure on the other, maybe a nose glass for FR.10, but equally it could be a landing light for an F.58. Definitely no other FR glass in the kit though. Edit, I've never seen the PJ nose reviewed, anyone here got views on it?
