Well, it's done. Notice that the workmanship is not particularly precise. It wasn't on the real vehicles either, which is a happy coincidence with my skill level at building. You can see the whole build thread here

Well that's one model I'd never thought I'd see made. The fake firing ports weren't completely effective as apparently bullets did manage to find their way inside with obvious consequences. 

 

Excellent build though. Incidentally the railway works in Inchicore where it was built is still in use to this day although the days of building armoured cars are long gone. However they did build more armoured cars in later years, this time for the Irish army.
