noelh
The Airfix figures are brilliant for conversion possibilities. I remember the Sid Horton series in Airfix Magazine where he produced the Charge of the Light Brigade from Airfix figures. I once made a mounted German Uhlan in WW1 complete with gasmask from the Airfix 10th Hussar. Another time I converted the Airfix Curaissier, he was thrown to the ground at Waterloo trapped by his fallen horse about to be bayoneted by a vengeful Redcoat. I still have a bunch of Airfix figures in my stash.

noelh
A few! Who needs Historex when you have Airfix. The Airfix horses were always better too. If you've any pics post them. I'd like to see the Cherry bum, 1854 Hussar.
