Except that it's a female armorer!

 

The RAF set is one of my all-time Airfix favorites!  I've decapitated several pilot figures to get the right heads on several seated figures, and they are first-rate.

 

Considering these soft plastic guys are extremely difficult to work with under the best of circumstances, may I suggest on a future project first undercoating with a white spray primer?  One coat should do.  You can then sand and trim more easily before going at it with your brush.

I have always liked these figures ever since they were released. Airfix made it possible to build settings for your 1/72scale aircraft ,and i have to say as usual you have done a fine job 

with your painting skills, well done 👏.

Thanks, I have a few more sets of these to paint. 

I now drill a hole in the base and poke a cocktail stick through. This allows me to paint them without constantly handling them
