Fab looking SLUF and a fantastic collection of classic Airfix.  I have built all of them, apart from the Viking, in my youth. Lovely bit of nostalgia.

Looks fantastic. I built this kit in the early 80’s. Went together very nicely from what I remember.

I had that kit years ago - I'm amazed the decals were still usable!

It's great to see these old kits so lovingly built Steve, I just love that last photo of them all together, you've done a lovely job on them all :)

Agreed! My sentiment exactly! Well done.

All kits, old and new, are meant to be built regardless of their flaws. And improving old ones can be fun too!

That is indeed the original issue/. I can't remember the last time I saw one of these built. It looks really very good, much better than I held the kit in my vague bundle of preconceived ideas. A good reminder that some of those '70s Airfix 1/72 jets were in fact very decent for shape. The decals look great considering they are almost 50 years old!

Another little stunner, Steve. And they look great parked together.

Let's be honest, modelling is simply more fun when building these oldies!

A great looking Corsair. I remember building that exact machine when I was around 13, a mere 45 years ago!  You've certainly done a fine job of this old offering, and the decals have held up well too.

Top modelling!
