A-26B, ICM`s new Invader in 1:48

Hi all,

here my ne ICM A-26B Invader in 1:48. Nice kit with some fit problems on the nose cone and engines. Add some Eduard PE´s and Master guns. Decals are OOB and have a pretty good quality

I used some Alclad colors. First Airframe Aluminium, than some spots in polished Aluminium, dark Aluminium and in"normal" Aluminium.

Another beautiful model Mathy - I like the metal finish and find that Alclad is still my go-to metallic finish. One thing I would ask - Alclad airframe aluminium is one of the  - shall we say - less durable shades. How do you go about masking over it?

I maseked it with Tamiya tape. Very important for all metalic Alclad colours is that you have to use a surface primer. I use for that MRP-255 black Acryl paints, wich works very well.
