Dereknf
A fairly quick build of a simple kit. It has pretty decent fit for a kit of its age. The only real issue was getting enough weight in the nose(?) Astonishing to think this aircraft first flew in 1947 and has almost exactly the same wingspan as the B-2. z20200313_215253 by Derek N.Ferguson, on Flickr z20200313_215310 by Derek N.Ferguson, on Flickr z20200313_215333 by Derek N.Ferguson, on Flickr z20200313_215344 by Derek N.Ferguson, on Flickr z20200313_215405 by Derek N.Ferguson, on Flickr
noelh
Way ahead of it's time. I remember it featured in the War of the worlds movie back in the fifties. Nice model.
Shashman
What a beauty of a build. The painting is flawless, well done. Is there a WIP thread? Would like to see your painting process.

binbrook87
Now that is impressive. As mentioned above... flawless silver finish. What paint did you use? 👍
Dereknf
Thanks folks. I used Vallejo Aluminium and Vallejo Steel. It was actually a major pain as the airbrush kept clogging , especially the steel colour. The black walkway line were masked and painted as well. It's an odd model to store as it's very wide but not very long.
