yes Bangor Lad, it’s very difficult to pull off without suffering! First I airbrushed it, and then put the oils to give the final form and tone variations.

Beautifully modelled. The weathering/chipping effect might be a bit over done  for this particular aircraft to my mind but there is no doubting the skill you've shown with it. :)

Thanks Steve... the weathering is over done also to "make up" my mistakes in the painting process... 😅
