Geo1966
I have just purchased the Tamiya 1/35 Semovente M40. £22 on Amazon due to a damaged box - Bargain! Tamiya suggest a mix of XF-60 Dark Yellow and XF-59 Desert Yellow (2:1) as the main colour. I don't have any XF-60 so will have to buy some. Can anybody suggest a ready mixed acrylic (which is close) that will save me mixing it? Thanks.
davmarx
Hi, I always use a Lifecolor set named "Italian WWII Regio Esercito". Here a picture of the box, the newer I think. I remember at least three different versions of the box but the paints inside are always the same. HTH Ciao. JackG
Hataka brand also do an Italian vehicle paint set, but don't think they sell those colours separately. A thread from August last year may be of interest too: Sovereign Colourcoats could be an option as well: https://www.sovereignhobbies.co.uk/collections/esercito-italiano-italian-army regards, Jack
