Dave_R
Hi All, Back in to 2018 I started this kit as part of the Hawker GB... ...and then I got taken to hospital in an ambulance and therefore the GB wasn't too high on my list of priorities, so I didn't get very far with it. Here's the progress so far. I think it's less 25% complete - so if everybody agrees I'll reboot this build. Dave. rob85
Please do give it a reboot! Let’s get it built on this GB and no more being taken away in ambulance’s. Rob
Grey Beema
I’d love to see it built. Mind if I sit just over here?

PeterB
Looking good Dave, Is this the 1/72 kit which I may yet build, and about which I have heard mixed reviews, or perhaps a 1/48 one? Pete Edited May 12, 2020 by PeterB

It's 1/48th, I haven't spent any time checking reviews, but as far as I know it's basically OK shape wise. For my taste the panel lines and rivets are a bit heavy and the plastic is very soft - but I wanted a Sea Fury so you pays yer money etc.
Dave_R
Hi All, Masking up done. ... and Humbrol 123 on. The paint has bled under the masking in a few places, but that's easily fixed. There's a bare metal panel after the exhausts to do and then on with the decals. Dave.
Colin W
I have one in the stash but have been deterred from starting due to the number of complaints about the shape of the nose and cowling. Yours looks good so maybe I will build mine soon. Colin
