srkirad Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Very nice finish - it seems so smooth like we see on renders of new Airfix kits for example. Cheers, S.
Johnson Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 That's an excellent finish you've achieved Rod. May I ask what primer and metallic paints you used? Thanks,

Biggles87 Posted March 13, 2020 Posted March 13, 2020 Beautiful finish, I think the AK metallic range is about the best around at the moment. John
Courageous Posted March 13, 2020 Posted March 13, 2020 WOW, lovely metallic work. Some guys make this metallic work look easy, I have nothing but trouble with them. Stuart
srkirad Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 Shiny and lovely! I really like that NMF look. Red and black parts also look like a good contrast to it, especially they are matt. Cheers, S.
Rod The Fixer Posted March 14, 2020 Author Posted March 14, 2020 The plane before the weathering ... and only 24h to the contest end ... 😬 7
Biggles87 Posted March 15, 2020 Posted March 15, 2020 Agreed, you've done more in one month than I've managed in three, looking forward to the weathering. John
