Need help to find a figure

Hello, 

 

I need a help to find a 1:35 figure to my TKS project. I'm trying to replicate a scene from a photo, but haven't found a figure like the one standing there.
The head is no problem, as I can replace it easily. But the body should be in standing position, have boots, long sleeve shirt and arms posed approximately as on the picture.
I've searched the internet and browsed countless figures I've found in different e-shops but haven't found something quite like that yet.

 

I really appreciate, if someone could help.

As it would need some modification it's probably a long shot/choice of last resort: would the figure in Tamiya's British 25 Pound Field Gun looking through the binoculars offer a suitable starting point if you could find an example ?

You'll have to do some modification.  Could you do something with the right-hand figure in this Panzer Art Russian tank crew set?  Or the standing figures in the MiniArt Japanese tank crew set?  Legs and torso of 2nd from left figure with boots from far right?  The cap in the Photo looks very much like a Russian one of the period.

The figure on the right would require a new head which is easy enough

The arms from the man on the right could, with a little work, be used

to complete something pretty close to the pose you want. The map case

and strap are all you'd need to add to get a figure close to your requirements.

The Masterbox french resistance figures would be the most close so far.

 

I'll try and specify what I'm looking for. I'm not very good at modelling or modifying figures, so the figure I'm looking for should be posed more or less like the guy on the picture, but the clothing should be close as well.

As I said above, head is not my first concern, because I plan to replace it anyway.

And I wouldn't mind to go with several sets if one gives me the legs and other the torso for example.
