That's awesome!  I cant wait for the 32nd one.  Excited but terrified at the size LOL.  Although I already have his Andover in 32nd.

 

So great to have people like him in our hobby!

There are products designed just for this application; here is one such:

Using something like this as well as Mr. Dissolved Putty and/or Mr. Surfacer should do the trick, I would think. I have the 1/72 Electra and this will be my approach.

Different printing technology. Those smooth resin surfaces require a completely different kind of printer.
