John the Yank
Major conversion surgery to Hasegawa F-86F-30, using CE tail, Red Roos wing, Verlinden Cockpit, scratch built V- wind screen, CE Decals. Just have to finish the drop tanks. Tired of waiting for an early A model Sabre. John

Rabbit Leader
Great job all round, well done. What a shame it's been 70 years since the real aircraft ruled the skies and we still don't have a good OOB F-86A in any of the major modelling scales! Cheers and well modelled.. Thanks, I have used Alclad II over gray lacquer primer with much success. I Micro Mesh the primer after removing surface flaws. This works great for natural aluminum finishes, high polished or near chrome finishes need a glossy black base. I use Model Master Metallizer Sealer as a final decal overcoat. Did you make the base yourself? Thank you, the resin Marston mat (PSP) is Squadron Products “Moments in Time”. The wooden frame is made from strip wood, sized to fit the display and finished with whatever DIY home maintenance products I have laying around.
