Markh-75
I saw a post recently about this and i cant seem to find it now; but this is what i do to keep my precision glue and needle clear! Just a single strand of core wire from an electric cable! I use my magnifying glass (mounted on my table) so i can see i am putting the wire into the 'ole! It keeps the needle clear, this one had been in for a few years but the glue is still perfick! I pulled it out recently and checked. So its a great way to store glue in the bottles without getting all bunged up. Edited February 3, 2020 by Markh-75
stevehnz
Some 5 amp fuse wire does it for me. Discovered when I got sick of having to burn the glue out of blocked needles. Steve.
Markh-75
Yep, fuse wire will do it! I just had some old wire about and used that.👍😀 I have a bottle of the Revell glue and all i do with that is just put the lid back on it; that helps. PhantomBigStu
Stables straightened out and poked in, and if that fails hold needle in tongs and burn with a lighter

Markh-75
I have one with the cap and I use it; when this one is finished I will use the same cap for the other one.
Chimpion
My wife gave me a dress-making pin with a large spherical head - it's perfect for the job and easy to remove and insert.

No smokers in our house, so no lighter close to hand, we all get by in our own way!😉
