What's up with Clear Prop? They announce kits like crazy these days, so many new toolings, Christmas all year round!

Well, I'm not complaining. Having built the ancient Hasegawa kit once upon a time, I can say without fear of contradiction that we need a new Grumman Mohawk in this scale. My only problem is trying to source kits from the likes of Clear Prop, Arma, Modelsvit, etc. I don't want to start buying everything online and going completely nuts.

I had started looking around for a Hasegawa one recently but good I didn't find any. Great news!

PS dare I hope for a future B205/ Huey slick from Clear Prop?

Terrific news, now, if only their release schedule can begin to match their announcement schedule. Have their 1/72 Sonia and it’s a really good kit. Skipped the Claude because I have Fujimi’s which is way more than satisfactory. Nothing else to buy, yet.

Aye, she IS a beauty!  Unfortunately, I have heavily invested in the Hasegawa kit with a lot of resin parts so....  I'm also not such a big fan of photo-etch but I WOULD like a copy of that bigger SLAR pod to make mine an accurate Argentine bird though! (I wish they would sell that separately!).

Cheers,

Oh my God....

We begged for just a kit of the OV-1 in 1/72. We do not need an ultimate one :)

Jokes aside - this is an incredible set for the money. Unbelievable that someone is ready to give all the ultimate parts for not much more than a typical 1/72 kit...

I'm now assembling their Whittle. The quality of plastic parts' details is better than resin quality from many manufacturers...
