Posted January 26, 2020 Share Posted January 26, 2020 While looking around for inspiration on a Viggen project I've seen photos of early Viggen in unpainted natural metal and wondered if those were only prototype and development batch machines or if the early aircraft entered squadron service without their distinctive splinter scheme. Please note that I'mlooking for an excuse to add more Viggen kits to my stash and if they did spend their early service life naked that's all the reason I need to justify it 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

F7 was the first wing to get the AJ37's and they were unpainted in the beginnig.
