Marlin
Hi. It's high time to start working on the Draken so I can finish it within the deadline. 197 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr The first rudder has been cut. But I must admit that I really don't like the feeling of putting the knife to a prefectly nice Hasegawa kit. To be continued..... /Bosse

Dave Maestro has a Swedish nose as well but I think it looks like the Heller nose. To me I think that the Heller nose look more like the Swedish one while others say Danish. Heller used the top half of the fighter nose so it is wrong. It should not have a smooth curve here is a distinct kink in it. That is missing on both Heller and Maestro noses. Pavla made a S 35E set but that nose is even worse. Enough about that. I am looking forward seeing this build unfold. 1

Thanks Rich. WOW A Growler back seater. Just the thought of getting paid to do that is more than envious. Axel had an idea of becoming a Blackhawk driver here in Sweden, but then he tried the Army life a bit and came to the conclusion that it wasn't for him. And your right, he loves his new bike. /Bosse
trickyrich
yeah mine originally joined just as a grunt but luckily he managed to move into army aviation (first ARH-1 Tiger chopper, now drones) where he's excelled. Maybe you son should go air force (I'm ex), they're usually a lot more laid back!

And since his older brother is studying to become a teacher in German and English I think that's a great career choice. Good teacher are always needed. /Bosse

Marlin
Thanks Werner. To me it seems like the Swedish and Austrian versions are different. The swedish flare dispenser are longer, as my pictures from F11 Skavsta shows. 20200126_130906 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr 20200126_130918 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr 20200126_130924 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr /Bosse
Marlin
Hi. I've filled the seams on my Hunter with liquid sprue. So it'll have to rest some days before I can continue. But don't worry, I'll work on the Draken instead. Yesterday I glued the camera nose on to the fuselage. 296 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr And I put some small PE parts to the fuselage. 297 by Bosse Persson, on Flickr I think I'll clean up and mount the rudders this evening.
