109 fan
This is my latest 109 completion, the V-30 prototype. This plane represents the morphing of the F to the G series with the airframe having aspects of both. I have always been intrigued by the configuration and paint scheme on this bird and am glad to have finally finished it. The build can be seen here: 71
Andrés S.
Jo jo jo jo.....I did not look at the scale and thought you had built a nice 109 in 1/48 scale .... Very very nice. Great job !!!!! Regards. Andrés S.

72modeler
My goodness! What a handsome '109! Sure looks like a 1/32 model to me. Very different from the usual fare, that's for sure. Well done! Mike

Bangor Lad
Great job. You've achieved a fantastic finish in such a small scale that puts many much larger scale models to shame. Fantastic!

Holzhamer
Looks fantastic! I too had the impression I had read wrong about the scale, it just looks bigger. The fact that you made a one of a kind 109 just makes this build truly remarkable. May I ask what color you used for the fuselage? I really like it P.S. never mind the question, just read your WIP thread... great work indeed Edited January 22, 2020 by Holzhamer
109 fan
Thank you all for the very kind comments; I am truly humbled! George, I intend to go to the Hamilton show. It is one of my absolute favorites. Volker, there are four available photos of this aircraft. Two of them show it after a belly landing. The other two show it on its gear and it indeed has no landing gear covers. You can find them here: https://me109.info. You may have to use the search feature under "V" and scroll down to V-30a. Duncan B
Another stunner from Barry. Every time I see one of your 109s I think you can't surpass that then you do. Duncan B
Walter
That's a fantastic looking plane I'm really impressed and it's 1/72!
Luka
Like several others already said; it can easily pass for a larger scale kit. The modeling mat was actually the first hint that made me scroll back to the title. 'Yes, it's 1/72..' Even with the big detailed shots it's hard to believe. Top tier modeling there.
