kpnuts
Hi all here is the next victim to my bench I'm sure you all know me well enough to know it will be nothing like the box art. Glued the tank halves together and made a start on the engine (detail is very crisp) but you need to cut the locating pins off as if you use them the parts dont align up very well (which is strange as once you've cut the pins off they align up perfectly)

kpnuts
Hi all more progress on this frame painted Ford squeeze green planing on doing the tank and panels yellow with white wheels, but that could all change.
heloman1
Looking good, a hard to find kit, wish Italeri would rerelease it! Colin
roginoz
Very nice progress ! I built this kit last year and it scrubs up very well - agree on your observations re. the locating pins/holes. Indeed, Italeri would find an enthusiastic market if they put out more bike kits. What happened to the old Esci/Dragon kits they put out after taking over those companies, the BMWs,Zundapps, etc. The Triumph should be easy to find, Colin. I sourced mine from my LMS, a shop that was better known for specialising in the usual suspects. Rog

kpnuts
Another update, I decided not to go with white wheels and decided to go with the frame colour also added some of the cables and the carb (dont like the cables far too shiny need to dull them down some how) I really love how the spokes are moulded, some of the best I've ever seen.

Pete in Lincs
Cracking stuff. I like the subtle wear, especially the scuff marks on the seat. The broken rack is good too.
