I think he's referring to the wing fitted to the GBU-15.

As Mike mentioned above, the GBU-15 originally was operated in two variants: a Long-Chord Wing (LCW) and a Short-Chord Wing (SCW). The LCW was characterized by triangular forward fins  and very large trapezoidal aft fins. I think the LCW is no longer in service. the SCW aero surfaces are trapezoids up front and rectangular at the back and much smaller area than the LCW fins. Both are built on the Mk84 2000-lb bomb warhead.
