Gimme Shelter
Don't ask why but this suddenly looked appealing to me so I bought it online last month. Its a superbly casted crisp edged resin kit, I'm not sure of the scale but I think 1/72 scale figures would work well with it on a beach landing type diorama perhaps. weird or what....?
Kushan_Farsight
That is so bizzare lol, not seen anything quite like it!
Silenoz
Nice and cool.. other possibilities for variants are limitless... only downside to this design is the the weaker armor can be exposed when firing, but intrigued by what you will make of this one
Richard E
If it was listed on a "certain internet auction site" I think I was watching it as well - will be interesting to see what you make of it

Gimme Shelter
Looks like this kit of mine is one of a series of 3 designs available - SII Garage Kits 5
TheVoidDragon
Well, that's definitely not what I was expecting! I thought it would be some sort of walking-tank that just had similarities to a crab...not an actual crab with tank parts!
Kushan_Farsight
looks like someone took a spares/repairs kit, a walk through the local fishmongers, and a large amount of psychoactive substances!

I 99% sure that that is precisely what they have done - the crab is far too finely details to have been sculpted - I am pretty sure a real crab has been dissected and parts cast individually with some clever parts from the spares box added to tool them up.
Pete in Lincs
The only problem is, the troops will be running UP the beach and the crab will be running ACROSS the beach. Very inventive though, I'll watch with interest.

Gimme Shelter
An update on this nasty looking crustacean. Even when fully assembled, it's easiest holding it between pinched thumb and index finger as you would hold the real thing

Buff Manila
Ah I've seen these before. I'd just assumed that they WERE real crabs with bits glued on.
