The link works for me, you do realise it goes to their FB page not a site, just sayin', like. All Lone Star models are available as far as I can make out through their FB page. Tommo. Maybe February according to the website which contains just that message. Here is the MO for Lone Star going forward: -------- "Gentlemen, First off I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and a safe new years celebration and that 2020 is a prosperous year for you and your family as well. This February Lone Star Models will go on an open for sales every other month format. This is in an attempt to stay caught up filling orders in a more timely manner. Monday, December 23rd I will begin sending refunds to all of you that have been so patiently waiting on the 1/48 O-47 and B-10 kits. These projects are not dead but being finished up. Decals have come in so things are proceeding. It is just that some of you have been waiting for an embarrassingly long time on these ( in most cases years!) and I can not in good conscience keep your money. I will file your order for when they are ready to ship. I will then contact you and let you know. At that time you can order or decline, same price for you as I had originally posted. You will have two weeks to let me know. You guys get first dibs so to speak before they are listed on my site "I apologize for going back and forth on these kits but the refund is really the best and proper thing for me to do. You are my customers and many also friends and I would like to keep it that way." Mike West/Lone Star Models
Harold55
Although the kit seems expensive it is really a beautiful aircraft and deserving of a place in a collection of between the wars aircraft - and for me this is the right scale. I had hopped to see this as an injection mold kit by someone but at some point you just have to pull the trigger!
The Tomohawk Kid
+1^ I have the 2009/10 iteration of this kit, it is spectacular. The only thing that let it down was the decals - but, it appears to be rectified this time around. Tommo.
28ZComeback
I also have the 2010 version. I have not built it. I have one issue with it: the vac canopies appear oversized and ride too high for my tastes. I plan to sand the bottom of the vacuform canopies to lower them some; or prep new masters and smash a new one. Wondering if anyone has a better solution.
