leyreynolds
Are there any references covering Ford Trimotors in Spain and China please?
JWM
In Spain, yes, easy to find by googling. Here is nice set of photos and drawings (as well as computer drawings) https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=20120.0 It was Ford 4 AT which was in Spain during SCW. In China some can be also found (below a civilan passanger in China) Cheers J-W Edited January 18, 2020 by JWM
Junchan
The best reference comes to my mind is Ford Tri-Motor 1926-1992 by William T. Larkins. According to this book, Spain purchased two 4-ATs, these were NC 8406 and NC 9656. The first plane became EC-KKA and the second one became EC-WIO, operated by CLASSA. Later EC-WIO was sold to LAPE and the registration was changed to EC-RRA. China acquired a total of seven 5-ATs as listed in the book as follows. Hope this will help.
