In Spain, yes, easy to find by googling. Here is nice set of photos and drawings (as well as computer drawings)

It was Ford 4 AT which was in Spain during SCW.

In China some can be also found (below a civilan passanger in China)

The best reference comes to my mind is Ford Tri-Motor 1926-1992 by William T. Larkins.

According to this book, Spain purchased two 4-ATs, these were NC 8406 and NC 9656. The first plane became EC-KKA and the second one became EC-WIO, operated by CLASSA. Later EC-WIO was sold to LAPE and the registration was changed to EC-RRA.

China acquired a total of seven 5-ATs as listed in the book as follows.

Hope this will help.
