Tamiya 1/72 Mitsubishi A6M3 Zero (Hamp)

Recommended Posts

I just put the finishing touches to this one this afternoon. The nav lights need a bit of attention, I only noticed after I'd taken the photos.

The canopy is a personal triumph. This is the first time I've been happy with what has faced me when the masking was removed and all it took was a bit of patience.  😃

Thank you to everyone who commented and/or gave it a like during the build.

Roger.

Not bad mate!
One suggestion perhaps a scalpel through the tail stripe decals along the rudder hinge?

Tony

Thanks very much Tony.

I was thinking that myself but my bottle went. 😂

I might have a stiff drink and go for it.... perhaps that's the wrong approach.... a stiff drink afterwards might be a better idea. 🥃😃

Another great model from you Roger, usual high standard.

By the look of that bottle, looks like you had a stiff drink before, during and after...looks empty

Stuart

Thank you both very much.

That's just a new bottle Stuart, I should get a couple more builds out of it.  😃

Very nicely done, I really like that, this was the first kit that my better half ever built

Thank you very much.

That was a very good choice for a first model, there's nothing like a trouble free build to keep the enthusiasm going.
