BeltArmor
Hello everyone I have started this lovely kit of the 04 M1 i really want to get back into bike modelling since i have gotten my full motorcycle licence and now have a new appreciation for bikes. The first thing i did is superglue the tank halves together which helps hide the join a lot easier when sanding ( No ghost seams ) the same was also done for the front wheel fairing. Next using Tamiya's LP paints i sprayed the inside of all the fairings with LP5 semi gloss black mixed with 5% flat base then i painted the outside of the fairings LP50 Bright Red as usual Tamiya include masks to mask off areas to be painted a different colour in this case it will be LP70 gloss aluminium. I'm also going to start working on the rest of the bike while i finish off the body work. mbdesignart
Always good to see a bike build on the bench. Great start and a nice scheme too.
