Patrik
Thanks! Some more details to show. Both the Eduard seat belts and the MiniWorld Lewis gun are just temporary installation. The gun needs the ring and bead sight to be added still. Edited April 13, 2020 by Patrik
Courageous
Details count. I have always been impressed with MinWorlds MG's. Stuart
Patrik
Introducing some more today, namely the artillery, the accompanying sightery and some flare-brackettery, plus some other paraphernalia. Partly scratch-built, partly (I fully agree with Stuart) from the impressive MiniWorld range of accessories.
Patrik
Started painting her today, but not before I replaced a few wing details. The first coat of paint revealed a couple of blemishes the cream colour of the resin had been hiding very effectively so far. Nevertheless, I hope I will be able to show the results of the first painting round in a week or so, Edited April 25, 2020 by Patrik

Patrik
First round of painting completed. Next, I will add some details in front of the cockpit and then finally erect the upper wing. Edited May 3, 2020 by Patrik
Patrik
Managed to take some photos of the details around the cockpit under natural light today, before I add the upper wing. The last photo provides general overview of the present battlefield situation.
Patrik
Biplane after all. The usual joy of erecting the upper wing was specifically improved by the resin material and by the fact that the manufacturer had provided the N-struts in N=V+I form. I expected lengthy testing and dry-fitting process, but in the end it was not that bad, though it took a couple of days anyway. The length of the struts was just about fine, they only required slight improvement using a wire. Some of the photos below are preceding the photos in the post from yesterday.
Patrik
Step by step getting closer to completion. A bit of cliché I guess, but despite the difficulties, looks every inch a Turret Demon to me by now.
