Fokker G-1 - Mikromir 1/48

Recommended Posts

Jurek,

That is an incredible example of workmanship on one of my favorite Fokker designs. It looks like the kit is a very good one, but what you have done with it speaks volumes about your modeling skills. The colors and wear and tear are right on the money and the masking of the transparencies is perfect! What a handsome and pugnacious multi-engined fighter, Not my preferred scale, obviously, but I doubt my 1/72 MPM kit will turn out half as well, but I'm saving your build as a reference! Well done! 👍👍

That's a real beauty. Well done!

May I please ask how you painted the engine cylinders? They look great.

Chris

All gloss black, cylinders mrhobby supermetalic - steel. Next black wash on lower part of cylinders. Painting in separate parts

What colors (+brands?) did you use for the camo color scheme?

Cheers!

Jurrie

well, the most difficult question. There were originally three colors but then I started to mix and finally filtered by changing the tone. Soo, I can't answer with the numbers
