Dora Wing Bloch 151 1/48th

Recommended Posts

Happy New year to you all. This is my rendition of one of the 9 Bloch 151 sold by France to Greece in 40 and operating with the 24 Mira against the Italians with some success indeed. A very good short run kit of an important French fighter.

What a spectacular build!

Am I correct in saying that Dora Wings posted pics of your build on their facebook page too?

Superb, detailed build with very tasty, restrained weathering.

Kind regards,

Nice to see this plane in different markings and camouflage.

Very nice work, looks very realistic.

Very, very nice model! The Bloch 151 always looked to me like the love child of a Curtiss H-75 and a Yak-11!

Looking good! I have a 1/72 MB.151 in the stash so I bookmarked this for inspiration.

Very nice - I bought the 152 from their stand at Telford so inspiration to get it started.

Think I might need to invest in one of these, great inspiration. I never knew the Greeks operated these so a pleasantly refreshing scheme beautifully finished.
