Procopius
My understanding was that the AZ 1/72 109 family had a number of irritating errors that while correctable if you're not lazy (and I am, hideously so) somewhat spoilt the shape accuracy compared to the Fine Molds kits. I also read, en passant, that the latest 109G-10 Erla kits, which are I gather a version of the 109 not otherwise kitted, correct these faults, but didn't seek amplification at the time. Is this true? If so, what flaws remain?
Chuck1945
Quite a discussion regarding it on the 72nd Scale forum https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/72nd_aircraft/az-s-bf-109g-10-erla-t10812.html As I recall, some of the previous fit issues with their 109s were corrected, but they failed on the distinctive ‘Erla’ features. The link has details if you read through it. 1
