M8 Greyhound with M55 Quad Gun

Carius

Recommended Posts

Hello folks,

This is my latest build, finished today, a M8 Greyhound from Tamiya, code 35228 plus one Quad Gun Trayler M55 from Dragon, code 6421, in 1/35 and many scratch build parts too, Colombian Army version. I decided to apply a new more agressive weathering on it.

The end result looks much better to me :hmmm:

You've done a great job on that Carius. The weathering is spot on. I think that it's safe to say that we will not see another one of these on here. It's unique.

John.

I appreciate your compliments John.

You're right, for now this is the only one here, and we probably won't see another one of these.

Inspiring job, who knows?

Great work Carius! That really does look beautifully made, painted and weathered! And an interesting subject too. Very well done.

Kind regards,

Stix

Hi Carius,

Well, honestly, I like it now more than before, I don't know if it will be very accurate, but it is that weathering, I think it is fundamental in the AFVs at the time of finishing them, the difference between a toy and something more real ...
At the bottom, you have also "dirtied" ...?.
Merry Christmas and best wishes.🎅
