Nice and clean Do335 from Hobbyboss in 1/72. Variations of RLM81/82 aren't quite right but I think it looks ok. 12 hour single sitting

My MIG 21 is as done as it's going to be.

 

All kinds of compromises were made to fit into the 24 hour slot but it got there with an hour to spare! It won't stand too close a scrutiny, so two pictures will have to do. I've made them a bit festive to compensate. 🎅

 

It's the first time I've finished a kit this quickly since I was in primary school!

Airfix Curtis Tomahawk IIB, built in fifteen and a half hours straight, with breaks for a long walk and cooking a light supper (nobody wants to see pictures of cauliflower cheese!). Had a lie-in this morning so no additional weathering or varnish. Lovely kit, one of Airfix’s best for me:

Cushman Model 39 Package Car

Airfix 1:72 kit from the USAAF Bomber re-supply set, brush painted using Humbrol enamels 32, 33, 72, 153 and 155. Build thread is here.

Edit: Betty Lou is just for a reference for its size 😀

The Aifix P40 Aldi special. OOB except use of red for prop hub and green for interior.

 

All hand painted, no masking at all.

 

Approx 22 hours build in two sittings.
