Excellent collection Stix,

Another productive year. I'd love to see your display shelves/cases. I imagine I could spend hours just looking at your fantastic models.

Very well done mate 👍

I look forward to seeing more next year.

Seasons greetings 🎄

Kind regards Greg

Hi Steve. Thank you, as always, for your way too kind comments.

I hope you and yours have a Very Merry Christmas and Very Happy New Year.

Not really a target builder myself but those Tanks are stunning especially since it means I can put my airbrush away!

Really though like another comment made here, they are an inspiration to brush painting.

I wouldn't have thought you had brush painted that Typhoon. I had been brush painting & trying to master it for ten years roughly so I know how hard it can be to get a nice even, streak free & opaque coverage of paint. Everything has to be in layers, nice & thin, don't know how you go about it, but your results are excellent.

I was wow'd by the Tiffie dio at the time. And seeing it again reminded a fellow brush painter just what an inspiration your models are. Brilliant stuff, as always.

Good morning. You are way too kind but thank you very much for your comments.

Kind regards,

You make fabulous tank models.

My favorite is the Panzer IV J.

Thank you very much Roman. The Tamiya 1/48 models really are nice for the scale.

Hi Greg. Thank you very much for your comments although I don't think looking through my collection would take that long. Most of them are either in these display boxes:

...or in this display cabinet:

Anyway...I hope you have a Very Happy New Year.

Kind regards,

Hi Martin. Thank you very much for your comments. If you would like to see how I go about doing the basic painting I do - I made a video a while back which is on Youtube. A link to the video can be found in my signature at the bottom of each of my posts but in case you are on a mobile device it can also be found here.

The video is way too long but it was my first attempt at doing this kind of thing. I suggest you keep the fast forward/skip button handy at all times!

If you have any questions please let me know.

Kind regards,

Stix

Are those some daleks I see sneaking in on the right...? What are they, the Comet models? You’ve done a great job on everything in this thread. Well done.
