Growing up in the U.S. that kit was and probably still is a common feature in any  store that had a passing interest in plastic models.

I always thought of it as toy-like but after seeing this I am truly impressed.  Revell- Monogram owes you a debt of gratitude my friend.

Marvelous job on that one!  👍

Really impressive!!! Who would have thunk that a snap-tite would look so good. OK, being a good modeler does help, but congrats are in order!!!

Cheers

That is a beauty Martin and as a fan of Hobby boss and Pegasus Hobbies easy kit's another example of how good a job can be made of kits some

consider toy like.

Thanks Steve and great option to have a rest from more complicated projects ;)

Thanks, I was afraid to sand the clear parts, but with numbers of sandpapers from 600, 800, 1000, 1500, then 2000 and 5000 followed by tooth paste with old cotton cloth under water was not too complicated.

Sounds like something I can do, (I have up to 3000 plus a 12000 mesh cloth) so not retuned me to sanity and I probably will enter in the ww2 twins GB, and actually now I think about itI fancy converting it to a gun nose anyway
