Small and fiddly update (by my standards)

Been working on the  stanchions. Not fixed yet

How many of these did you make that had to be rejected as useless?

Hi Kev,

 

Just reading through this thread.  I love the hull technique, never done one that way, the finish you got on it looks outstanding.  Very interesting :hmmm:

 

Also a great subject, my maternal grandfather (ex WW1 RNVR) was at Dunkirk aboard a ship requisitioned from the dockyard he worked at through WW2 in Woolwich.  My grandmother kept the telegram she received in her purse all her life, I have it in the desk here now.  It just says "You husband will be away for a few days...."  He returned unharmed, many didn't
