Eduard kit with Avalon decals, EZ Line for the antenna wire, plastic rods for brake lines, AK Real Color RLM76, Gunze and Tamiya for the upper RLM 75/83 camo (75 was lightened up a bit). Build thread here https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235062358-end-of-war148-messerschmitt-bf109g-10wnfdiana-2jg52/ The model shows an aircraft of II./JG52 that was found at the end of the war on Czech territory. Paul J
Lovely 109 I must ask, where can I get EZ Line from??? Have heard and seen it used but would like to try it. Have looked around but no luck. Also the strong DACo decal solutions Who might stock these? Cheers .
redcap
Tremendous model. Personally, I think the new tool Eduard 'Profi Pack' 1/48 109, 190 (new tool) and P-51 kits are about the best VFM available at the moment. They represent a complete package in the box. I always order there. http://www.bobeshobbyhouse.com/ 11 hours ago, redcap said: Tremendous model. seadog
One of the drawbacks of living on the Isle of Wight - a lack of model shops. Not all bad though, Upstairs Downstairs, though primarily a model railway shop, does stock Vallejo and a reasonable selection of Humbrol. I used to use Gunze a lot. Thanks for the info, I have a Dragon/Italeri Dora awaiting paint and a big Revell 190A-8 on the shelf - that'll probably have to wait till after Christmas.
