Beriev Be-200 Altair

Here's my third completed build from the excellent Flying Boats and Floatplanes II group build (if you haven't looked you should check it out - there are some excellent builds there) - this is the Eastern Express 1/144 Beriev Be-200 Altair. Build thread is here.

Beautiful model

At some point perhaps you would consider to re-shoot with a more neutral background?

The quality of the model deserves it, and that way we could enjoy it fully.

 

A question: when modelers complete their builds in those special groups, don't they post them too in the general aviation section here?

I hardly ever visit those groups, but I often check this completed model section.

It was a question I asked in the GB on my own build, didn't want to break any rules. Answer: They can if they wish.

Good to see this one finished zebra, unlike mine, which has stalled - life and travel and whatever. Very nice indeed, however I despair for my efforts. My end result will be nowhere near as good as yours is!
