If your interested then the wip can be found here. I'll be building the Dragon moulding of the same kit soon as I intended to build both in the GB but ran out of time... Ex-FAAWAFU Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 It was an experimental anti-fouling paint that they tried out on her - and at the time it was only available in that rather lurid blue. As far as I know it was a success and subsequently adopted by the whole fleet, but the manufacturer produced a more RN-like colour!
