corsaircorp
Hello Dears ! I say, provisional because, I will surely dismantle and remake the wings.. I'm not glad at all, but the poor Lady has been finished in the bathroom of a Telford's hotel... Varnish coated in the parking lot of a Bridgwater hotel.... No guys, don't you laugh a lot it is not the recollection of a naughty week End !! A bit of drama added, when we were in the bathroom, there was a lot of shooting outside... It was Guy Fawke's night... Sooo, here's the WiP for the 2 Ladies... And let's have a closer look, Paints are X-tracrylics as usual Time to get at work, I'll post the next images this afternoon !! Sincerely. CC

Glad that you appreciated !! Thanks again Sincerely. CC
Spitfire31
It looks excellent to me (not the Roc itself, you understand, but your model of it). Considering your stated working condition, I'd say exceptional! Kind regards, Joachim

Greg Law
Both really excellent builds.they look really good together. What's going on with the canopy. This is not a criticism. I'm having the same problem with mine. I never can get that crystal clear finish on them when the camera is close. I'm sure you don't see it in reality. It's just annoying when you want to take that close up photo to show the effort you've put into the cockpit.
Buzby061
A cracking rendition of a rather unspectacular (that's being kind to it) aircraft. Pete

It was epic but there were 4 Rocs at SMW at least ! 16 hours ago, 28ZComeback said: Outstanding! I sure wish I possessed your modeling skills! Thank a lot 28Z ! I tell the same thing when I look at some builds here on BM ! It's a great place to learn and improve skills for everyone. 16 hours ago, Greg Law said: Both really excellent builds.they look really good together. What's going on with the canopy. Hello Greg, Thanks for the kind words, I should have cleaned up a bit with a cotonbud, it's just dust from sanding. This pesky dust seem to enjoy the crystal parts...🤬 16 hours ago, Buzby061 said: A cracking rendition of a rather unspectacular (that's being kind to it) aircraft. Pete Thanks a lot Pete ! Kind we must stay in looking at the Blackburn productions But I really have a soft point for these aircrafts... Now we gonna have a 1/48 Shark... Great news to me !! 16 hours ago, JOCKNEY said: Outstanding job, i always was a sucker for good looks 😉 Whats the history of the Real Roc in the pictures ? Cheers Pat Hello Pat, Thank you Sir ! In fact, it's not a Roc but a Skua, found on the seabed in Norway yrars ago. They choose to reset the Skua the way she hes been found underwater. I suppose that she was beyond repair and thus, it was the best way to show at least bits of a Skua Now as the both the Skua and the Roc share the same wingfold mechanism ... 15 hours ago, Corsairfoxfouruncle said: Another great build cousin ! well, thank you Cousin 2019 has been a naval aviation year for me.... the yearboojk will be blue, grey and EDSG mainly !!
