Antti_K Posted November 22, 2019 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Hello JMSmith, years ago there was an article about 41 Squadron Meteors either in Aeroplane Monthly or in Flypast magazine. If I remember correctly there was a photo of a formation. The article was named "We were Top Dogs" or something similar (at least there were words Top and Dogs). A Meteor F.8 was shown in the cover photo going almost vertically up or down. That aircraft had red and white squadron bars on fuselage and fin and then there was of course the cross of Lorraine. As anyone who has a copy of this article will undoubtedly agree that the image is quite poor and I had to look at it quite a few times before I considered it to be "WK681".
