Do you know when that picture was taken?

 

Buzz also says that the flag was blown over by the ascent engine exhaust. Would it be visible lying in the dust with this resolution?

I don't know when it was taken but I don't think it's that new. As for the flag, it's generally agreed that it would be bleached white by the sunlight by this time so probably wouldn't show up - the exhaust might have covered it with dust as well as blowing it over.
