Vels
Hi everyone, I started another OKB Grigorov kit, this time it it is British Nuffield Assault Tank A.T.2 . I liked the previous build and I acquired the other Nufuields from OKB Grigorov The kit is in 72 scale and I like the level of detail. You can check my previous build here: and the result here: Here are some pics where I am now with the build: @flashlight Nick, I'm waiting for your builds of AT-T and the GT-S
flashlight
@Vels Hey Vels, nice start on another unusual tank! I'm afraid that you'll need much patience, I am still scared of starting a resin kit with lots of tiny photo etch...apart from the fact that my mojo just doesn't want to show up again... Have a nice day Nick
Vels
@flashlight No worries, Nick, I'll wait. And here is some progress with the suspension.
Silenoz
Nice kit, recently started one of the same brand, and must admit, casting is marvelous... Can't say I love the design of this tank, but certainly interested
Vels
Which model you started, Silenoz? Do you have pictures to show the progress? I'm also amazed by the casting and level of detail of OKB Grigorov's kits. Here is the progress of my beast: Edited November 24, 2019 by Vels
Silenoz
looking good, just started their Su-122-54 in the T-55 group build... Looking good with some color on. looks pale though
Vels
Thanks @Silenoz, there is a black Friday discount currently going and following your example I also acquired Su-122-54 from OKB Grigorov. And not only This color is just for the places, where I will not have access later, when I put the full tracks gear on. May be I will spray it with some primer, but it will definitely be sprayed with more/other colors and the paleness will disappear. Here is the current situation with the Nuffield beast Edited November 27, 2019 by Vels
Vels
Every part is glued together on the tank. Next phase is primer, some fixes and painting

Vels
The camo is ready, next step is some line fixes and varnishing, then weathering.
Silenoz
Makes me think of a WWI camo...
Vels
@Silenoz I wanted to look something like this: but considering the fact that this tank never existed, I wasn't so strict about the camo. I consider this project finished, hope you like it.
Bullbasket
Very nice. Where did you get that info regarding the Crusader, as I've never seen that scheme on a Crusader before? John.
