Fair point, well made. Now the tread is dull... 1/24 scale rain is in short supply round here, but plenty of the 1:1 stuff the last few days. Now it's cold and clear...

Matt, a great looking model, love the colour and detail. Those were the days, when men were men (Though I think you have troy Tempest in there).

I like that cooling hose and the trick with the magnets. Oh, and welcome back to the world of the living. Happy recoveries.

Got to say that if you hadn't said I wouldn't have guessed that the fire extinguisher and oil cooler were scratch built - great work.

Thanks, guys! On the home straight now: the cowl/scuttle is firmly fixed and blended, after several rounds of filling and sanding, involving microballoons as well as superglue and cement......
